Earn 100 points with in-hotel Peleton workouts

Some Accor hotels now boast Peleton fitness bikes! For the rest of the year, stay at participating Accor hotels and work out on the Peleton bike or app to earn 100 bonus Reward points. Simply speak to the reception staff about it and they’ll provide a QR code you can scan to register for the offer.

I was already an Accor member. Im wondering how long my membership upgrade lasts for?
All I get is a brief view of a form of some sort, quickly replaced by a “Sorry something went wrong” notice.
This is pretty consistent with Accor’s usual shambolic account-linking stuff, though.
Worse is that Accor provide no mechanism to actually make contact about this, no webform, no phone number, circular webpage links designed to frustrate their customers into giving up.
